Charles D. Kidd, President

Charles D. "Charlie" Kidd is the Founder and President of Pizza Box Express, LLC, the largest provider of Custom Pizza Boxes in the State of North Carolina by number of independent pizzerias served.

Mr. Kidd has over a dozen-years experience in the pizza box industry and has been involved in the sale of over $300 million worth of pizza box products. Mr. Kidd has spent nearly his entire career in the food services or in support of the food services industry.

Mr. Kidd is the former CFO of Star Pizza Box, the nation's largest provider of custom pizza boxes. Under Mr. Kidd's leadership, Star Pizza Box sold pizza boxes to nearly 200 distributor opco's across the United States including Sysco, US Foods, Gordon Food Service, PFG/Roma, Dade Paper, Ben E. Keith, Cheney Brothers, Bunzl, Concord, Edward Don, Sofo foods, etc.

Star Pizza Box sold three months after his departure for $34.8 million to Westrock (NYSE - WRK), a publicly traded company and one of the largest paper companies in the world with around $15 billion in annual sales and approaching 50,000 employees.

Mr. Kidd was formally the CFO of Atlantic Blue Trust, a company formed to own and manage over 206,000 acres of land in Central Florida held by entities such as Alico, Inc (Nasdaq - ALCO), Blue Head Ranch, LLC and Tri-County Groves, LLC. As recently as 2017, Alico considered itself the largest producer of citrus in the United States.

At the time of his tenure, the 206,000 combined acres made Atlantic Blue one of the top 10 largest land holders in the State of Florida and in total were estimated to approach a value of nearly a billion dollars. As CFO, Mr. Kidd served the board that included chairman John R. Alexander and directors such as Florida State Hall of Fame members James M. Seneff (Chairman of CNL Financial services) and Clifford Hinkle (Founder of Flagler Holdings LLC and former Executive director of the State of Florida pension fund).

Prior to that, Mr. Kidd was employed as CFO of Withers & Harshman, Inc, at the time of his employment, the oldest going concern in the history of his hometown of Sebring, FL. Mr. Kidd assisted in the liquidation of the company assets, possibly the largest sale of land and other assets in the history of Highlands County, FL.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kidd worked in public accounting at the firm of Bunting, Tripp & Ingley, one of the oldest and most respected regional accounting firms in the Central Florida area.

Mr. Kidd received his Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Florida State University where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.

Mr. Kidd is an avid traveler having been to all 50 states and nearly 40 countries. Mr. Kidd once spent an entire year traveling, highlighted by visiting over 100 national parks and a 75 day, 8 stop trip around the globe. Mr. Kidd is past member of Rotary and has also participated in a five-week Rotary Group Study Exchange trip to South Korea and a medicine and supply mission trip to Cuba.

Mr. Kidd has two sons (Charlie & George) and family are avid campers and participants in Boy Scouts.
